Terms of Service

Saleio is operated by Saleio LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company in the United States ("Saleio", "we", "us"). Saleio is a software service that helps you run personalized outreach and manage replies across supported messaging platforms (currently X and Telegram). By creating an account or using Saleio, you agree to these Terms.

You need an account to use Saleio, and you must be at least 18 years old to create one. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share logins.

Saleio is for legitimate, opt-in-friendly outreach. You agree not to use it to:

• Send unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or harassing messages.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages where that's prohibited.
• Impersonate a person or organization you aren't authorized to represent.
• Promote regulated products or services without proper authorization.
• Access another person's account, or any platform, without authorization, or circumvent a platform's technical security, authentication, or anti-fraud controls.
• Misuse, resell, or republish data obtained through Saleio in violation of a connected platform's terms.

Repeated or serious violations will result in suspension or termination of your account. We may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

Automating your own accounts.Saleio acts only on the accounts you connect and that you own or are authorized to operate. Some platforms, including X (Twitter). Restrict or prohibit automated access to their services in their own terms and enforce those terms at their sole discretion. By connecting an account and using Saleio to send, reply, or otherwise act on your behalf, you acknowledge that doing so may be inconsistent with that platform's terms and that the platform may rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban the account as a result. You accept that risk, you confirm you're authorized to automate the account, and you agree that Saleio isn't responsible for a platform's action against an account you choose to connect.

You decide who to contact and what to send, and you're responsible for your outreach and for complying with all laws that apply to it, including anti-spam and electronic-marketing laws (such as the US CAN-SPAM Act, the EU and UK ePrivacy and GDPR rules, Canada's CASL, and Australia's Spam Act) and applicable data-protection laws. You represent that, for each person you contact, you have a valid legal basis and any required consent to message them and to upload and use their information, and that you'll honor opt-out and deletion requests promptly. As between you and Saleio, the contacts and lead data you provide or import are yours: you act as their controller, and Saleio processes that data on your behalf to provide the service. Saleio is also an independent controller of contact and lead information for its own purposes, including retention and disclosure, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Saleio runs on credits. Your plan includes a credit allowance, and you can purchase additional credits. Actions you take through the service, such as sending messages, looking up profiles, and AI personalization. Consume credits. Credit pricing reflects third-party platform and processing costs we incur to provide the service, and may change. You're responsible for keeping a sufficient credit balance to run your campaigns.

Credit allowances included with your plan reset at each renewal, and unused allowance credits don't carry over. Credits you purchase separately don't expire while your account remains open. Credits have no cash value, aren't transferable, and can't be redeemed for cash.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically (for example, monthly) at the then-current price until you cancel. One-time purchases, such as additional credits, are charged when you buy them. You authorize us to charge your payment method for your plan and for any purchases or automatic recharges you enable. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately, and the rest of the current billing period isn't refunded. To keep access through the period you've already paid for, cancel from Settings → Billing instead of deleting your account. Except where the law requires otherwise, all payments, including subscription fees and credit purchases, are final and non-refundable. We may choose to issue a refund or credit in an individual case, but doing so doesn't obligate us to do the same in any other case. If you have a question about a charge, email us at help@saleio.ai before disputing it with your bank, and we'll work it out with you. We may suspend or limit access (for example, restricting your account to read-only) or adjust credit balances in cases of payment failure, chargebacks, or suspected fraud.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under laws that apply to you and can't be waived by agreement.

You keep ownership of the leads, templates, and other content you provide, and you grant Saleio a licence to use it as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your account information, messages, or templates, and we don't use them to train AI models. Contact and lead information is retained and may be disclosed as set out in that policy.

We aim for high uptime but don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, deploy changes, or take the service down temporarily, and we'll try to communicate ahead of significant disruptions.

You can stop using Saleio at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk for other users or for a connected platform. After termination, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy, except where we're required to retain it.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saleio LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your outreach, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Saleio agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Saleio regarding the service.

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we'll let you know. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
