A few things to know
What can my assistant access?
Requested campaign information: names, channels, status, results, saved sequences and drafting context, and issue summaries. Requested data is shared with the assistant provider. Inbox conversations and recipient identities are excluded.
What results can I compare?
Compare lifetime campaign reply rates and recent daily sends. Date filters apply to sends, not historical reply rates. Reports use no sending credits, and your Saleio access rules still apply.
How do I disconnect?
Open Settings > AI connections in Saleio. Disconnect stops new access immediately. Data already shared remains subject to your assistant's settings. You can disconnect even if your Saleio account is locked.
Why can't I connect?
Hosted Claude and ChatGPT require preview setup details and an account that supports custom connections. Codex and Claude Code use the CLI setup instructions when available. Your workspace may need an administrator's approval. If a request expires, start authentication again.
