How does the credit model work?
Each DM you send draws from your credit balance. You'll watch it tick down in real time on the dashboard. Paid-plan credits reset on your billing date (Free's 400 starter credits are a one-time trial, not a monthly allowance); top-up packs ($19.99 for 500 up to $249.99 for 10,000) never expire and stack on top. Sending pauses once your balance is too low to cover a DM. The queue stays intact, no surprise overage.
Are there caps on how many DMs I can send?
No hard cap. Credits are the only meter, on every plan. Send as many DMs as your credit balance covers; when it can no longer cover a DM, sending pauses, the queue stays intact, and you buy a top-up pack or wait for your monthly reset. Free's 400 credits are a one-time trial (they don't reset monthly), so they're sized for evaluating the product, not for volume. Every send is automatically paced to keep your account safe within the platforms' limits, and per-campaign schedules let you slow things down further whenever you like.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-campaign?
Sending pauses; the queue stays intact, and the app shows exactly what's paused. Buy a top-up pack or, on a paid plan, wait for your plan credits to reset on your billing date, and the campaign picks up exactly where it left off. Nothing is lost. (Free credits are a one-time trial that doesn't reset monthly, to resume on Free, buy a top-up pack or upgrade. On Free the account also locks until you do.)
Why does every plan cap sequences at 7 steps?
Because step 8 would have nobody to send to. A sequence stops the moment a lead replies, and for a lead who never replies we stop after six follow-ups. Repeat-DMing people who aren't answering is the single strongest signal the platforms score against your account, so the limit protects the account you're sending from. It's a safety limit, not a plan feature, and it's the same on every tier.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are prorated and the difference is added to your credit balance immediately. On a downgrade, no charge or refund today. You switch right away and keep your current credits. Future months grant the new plan's credits.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet. We want to earn your trust month-to-month first. Annual plans with a discount are on the roadmap.
Is there a refund policy?
Payments are final and non-refundable, so you're only ever billed for the plan you're on, no long contract, and no charge after you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing and keep access through the period you've already paid for. Questions about a charge? Email help@saleio.ai and we'll sort it out.
I need more than 10,000 credits / month. What are my options?
Top-up packs scale to 10,000 credits ($249.99) and never expire, so you can stack them on top of Business to reach whatever volume you need. For sustained higher volume across many accounts, email help@saleio.ai. We're piloting an Enterprise tier with dedicated infrastructure.
