How does the credit model work?
Each DM you send draws from your monthly credit pool — you'll watch the balance tick down in real time on the dashboard, so you always know where you stand. Plan credits reset on your billing date. Top-up packs (from $19.99 for 500 credits up to $249.99 for 10,000) never expire and stack on top of plan credits. Sending pauses if your balance hits zero — the queue stays intact, no surprise overage.
Are there caps on how many DMs I can send?
On paid plans, no — credits are the only meter. Send as many DMs as your credit balance covers; when it hits zero, sending pauses, the queue stays intact, and you buy a top-up pack or wait for your monthly reset. Free keeps a 10/day/account safety floor on both X and Telegram to protect newer accounts from anti-spam triggers. Per-campaign pacing controls (per-hour, per-day, send-window) still let you self-throttle below the platform safety ceilings whenever you want.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-campaign?
Sending pauses; the queue stays intact and we email you. Buy a top-up pack or wait for plan credits to reset on your billing date and the campaign picks up exactly where it left off. Nothing is lost.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are prorated and the difference is added to your credit balance immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet — we want to earn your trust month-to-month first. Annual plans with a discount are on the roadmap.
Is there a refund policy?
If something goes sideways in your first 14 days, email hello@saleio.app and we'll refund you, no questions.
I need more than 10,000 credits / month — what are my options?
Top-up packs scale to 10,000 credits ($249.99) and never expire, so you can stack them on top of Business to reach whatever volume you need. For sustained higher volume across many accounts, email hello@saleio.app — we're piloting an Enterprise tier with dedicated infrastructure.
