What is Saleio?
Saleio is a cold DM automation tool and CRM for X and Telegram. Bring your own leads, review personalized messages, schedule follow-ups, and manage replies in one inbox.
How does Saleio help protect my account?
Set sending hours and pacing for each campaign. Saleio monitors account health and pauses sending when it detects restrictions. You can review first messages before they send. No automation can guarantee an account will never be restricted.
What do you do with my leads?
We never sell your data. Not your leads, not your messages, not your account. We never share your leads with other Saleio customers, and when you delete your account they're deleted with it. The only companies that touch your data are the ones needed to run the product, like our host, our payment processor, and the AI provider that writes your messages.
How does the credit model work?
Credits cover sending DMs and AI features. Free includes 400 one-time starter credits; paid-plan credits reset on your billing date. Top-up packs never expire. Sending pauses when your balance cannot cover a message, and your queue stays intact. No surprise overage.
Can I use both X and Telegram?
Yes. Run campaigns on X and Telegram and manage replies in one inbox and CRM. Each campaign sends from one connected account on one channel.
How long can a sequence be?
Up to 7 steps per campaign on every plan, counting the first message. Choose the delay for each follow-up. The sequence stops when the lead replies, or after six follow-ups with no reply.
Can I write the DMs myself instead of using AI?
Yes. Write your own messages and personalize them with lead details. AI writing and wording variation are optional.
What happens to leads who reply “not interested”?
Their follow-ups stop when they reply. To exclude them from future campaigns too, add them to your suppression list in Settings.
Do I need a campaign to use the CRM?
No. Choose Manage existing conversations during setup to organize the DMs you already have.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start free with 400 one-time credits and no card required. You only pay if you choose a paid plan or buy more credits.
