Does Saleio actually work on Telegram, or is it X-only?
Both, with full parity. Same campaigns, same sequences, same inbox, same CRM. Connect your X account via OAuth and your Telegram account via phone-code sign-in. Every lead carries a channel chip; campaigns can target one channel or both.
How does the credit model work?
Each DM you send draws from your monthly credit pool — you'll watch the balance tick down in real time on the dashboard. Plan credits reset on your billing date; top-up packs ($19.99 for 500 up to $249.99 for 10,000) never expire and stack on top. Sending pauses if your balance hits zero — the queue stays intact, no surprise overage.
How does Saleio avoid getting my account suspended?
Per-hour and per-day caps, identical-message detection, send-window scheduling, automatic backoff on soft-bans. Each campaign caps at 250 DMs/day by default (the industry-safe rate) and you can tighten further. AI rotates language per-lead so you don't trip duplicate-content filters.
How long can a sequence be?
Up to 10 steps per campaign, including the first message. Each step has a configurable delay, auto-stops on reply, and pauses through out-of-office windows (the reply classifier auto-resumes when the OOO date passes).
Can I write the DMs myself instead of using AI?
Yes. Every step has a manual mode with variable templates ({{first_name|fallback}}). Mix and match — AI for hooks you can't pre-write, manual for messages you've already proven work.
What happens to leads who reply “not interested”?
The reply classifier auto-tags negative replies and adds them to your global suppression list. They won't be messaged again from any campaign unless you remove them manually.
